I liked the room, the bed was comfortable.

The staff were kind from the moment we arrived. Loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel has a fun and fresh vibe with comfortable beds and great breakfast options, including delicious waffle boats. While the room was very clean, the lack of a dresser was disappointing, and water from the shower leaked onto the floor due to a poor design.

I appreciated the room and its nice decor.

Well-kept hotel in Jackson. Pretty friendly staff, good sized and fully-equipped rooms with a nice TV, the hard space, bathtubs. Good food for breakfast at the lobby. Unbeatable setting, just next door to restaurants, and the hockey arena. For tea or coffee visit Panera Bread nearby.

great breakfast but noisy concert next door

The breakfast selection was excellent, with various options to satisfy different tastes. Jackie at the front desk provided really good service, our room change was seamless.

Great spot for families

The hotel was nice, and the people were friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure my kids had a good time, even offering a free breakfast for the little ones. The play area was a hit, they loved it!

But it wasn't exactly cheap, you know what I mean, but still acceptable.

Great Stay with a Couple of Setbacks

The room was refreshingly clean and modern, and the friendly staff made checking in easy. I particularly enjoyed the unique reading areas in the lobby with cozy spots to unwind. On the downside, breakfast options could have been better. Some items were missing and the food was occasionally not kept warm.

The friendly front desk agent, quickly accommodating our request for extra pillows. A highlight was the clean and spacious King Room with a surprisingly rare bathtub. The breakfast spread stood out with fresh, hot options, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was so great, despite some online reviews. It's a great choice for families looking for comfort and quality.

We spent 2 nights and loved the amazing breakfast and the cleanliness of everything. I’d definitely stay again!

Great for families with children

The staff is excellent and very friendly, especially a clerk named Jackie were very good when we had a noisy situation next door. Also loved the foosball tables in the lobby, kids had a blast.

It wasn't inexpensive but we found it acceptable for a family trip.

Can recommend for getting around area

Clean room, friendly staff, with a nice breakfast spread. Everything was fresh and hot, and the nearby off-site car park made it easy to explore the area without hassle.

Nothing, all great.

If you're a foodie this place is close to killer spots like Texas Roadhouse for drool-worthy ribs or a slice from Pizza Hut that won't break the bank. The King Room was comfy too, with nice soap for a little pampering!
